Working at ThoughtWorks, Stormwind Community, writing, reading and some insight on the funniest, most complex thing to do on earth: write software.
No, I´m not talking about the U2 tour, hehehe. Vertigo is the codename for a really cool project on CodePlex named TFS Source Code Version Tree Browser, coordinated by Michael Ruminer (http://blog.magenic.com/michaelr) and of which I am a proud participant.
The aim of this project is to give users a graphical representation of a source control item, be it a folder, a file or a shelve. By graphical representation I mean a diagram that shows everything from creation of the item until the present moment. It will show changes, labels, branches, merges and much more.
The first alpha has just been released by our Team. If you´d like to check it out just point your browser to http://www.codeplex.com/Wiki/View.aspx?ProjectName=TFSVTreeBrowse and take a look. It´ll definitely be a worthwile tool in its final version.
