A Sample Four Day Team System Envisioning
I perform a lot of work with Team System often in some sizable companies. As such, I often do a envisioning, or POC phases with a client that can run from days to weeks depending on the nature of the client need. As an example of an agenda that might be followed on a four day envisioning project I have posted a proposed sample on the manicprogrammer wiki called Contoso Enterprise 4 Day Envisioning for Team System .
I encourage you to take a look and add some comments or thoughts below each day or the set as a whole. It's an aggressive schedule. Are their parties missing? What might you add or take away. Do you do similar engagements yourself and how does this compare or as a client what else would you like to see? (Am I beginning to sound like Tom Ashbrook?)
