Collaborative Development in the Organization and in the World

For those that would like to discuss existing or new ways to collaboratively develop software both inside the organization and in the more historic open source community. This is a discussion that should transcend standard methodology and discuss such areas as wiki based participation in requirements, use of technologies such as SharePoint Services, or even exposing internal organizational ideas to external groups for peer review. What are people doing and what would they like to be doing for more collaborative development inside their organizations as well as in the world at large.
