IE 7 (64 bit) on Vista x64 Doesn't Always Behave with MOSS - It Seems

I have run into specific instances over the last two days in which the 64 bit Internet Explorer 7.0 running under 64 bit Vista does not play well with MOSS 2007. I have not yet checked the security settings to see if they differ by default on IE 7 x64

My Readyboost Performance run results

I have a Toshiba R25-S3513 Convertable Tablet. It has 3 GB of RAM with a maximum of 4 that it can support. It's a Core 2 Duo (64bit) running Vista x86. I had the 4GB Patriot XT XPorter High Speed USB Flash . The flash drive is 233x I think and about 32MB/s.
